Written return and refund policy
Our return policy is for 2 days. If more than 2 days have passed since we received your package, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange your money.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable)
* Books that show clear signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for a reason that is not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 2 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be reimbursed. Sale or promotional items unfortunately not.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items that are originally defective or damaged. If you want to replace yours with the same item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send the item to : TIMESNACH Place Atomium 1/55 Acapulco 108/109, Brussels, 1020, Belgium.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift card will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will refund the money to him/her and he/she will know that you have returned his/her gift.
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address Atomiumplein 1/55, Brussels, 1020, Belgium.
The shipping costs for returning your product are for your account. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value over €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
